I aim to make an impact in higher education institutions by leading tutors and fellow instructors in improving teaching practices and services for all students.
Committee Co-Chair
In my role as Co-Chair of the Multilingual Pedagogy Committee at Georgia Tech, I coordinated with instructors to create materials and discussions to support multilingual students in composition courses.
I led the committee to host the 2026 Spring Symposium with the topic of “Spotlight.”
I also coordinated the edition of Issue 6 of Ramble Magazine, which showcased some of the wonderful work presented by students during the Symposium.
Writing Center Co-director
As Co-director, I contributed to the commitment of the Brandeis University Writing Center to promote an inclusive environment that supports all writers on campus through productive and respectful conversations.
Recruiting, hiring, and training writing consultants gave me the chance to work closely with writing tutors to ensure our services constantly improved and adapted to students’ needs.
I also developed project management skills to coordinate schedules and communications with students, faculty, and departments across campus.
